Eric Tapley, President + Founder
Even as a young boy, Eric had a keen interest in growth. He grew up on a small farm in Southwestern New Hampshire (with all the dirt that goes along with such a childhood!) and still has a soft spot for young plants and spring.
Since January 2000, Eric has driven the growth and development of 3000k. He creates great ideas, brings in business, and helps keep everyone on track.
For his work with 3000k, he was the 2001 Global Student Entrepreneur (New England region) and was selected as one of Worcester's 26 To Watch in 2006.
After hours, he serves as a Board Member of the American Red Cross of Central Massachusetts.
Everything has come full circle recently for Eric, as he now has a newborn son of his own!
