Mail Computer Service
Industry: Marketing
Client Challenge
Twenty-year-old direct marketing, print, and mail fulfillment company Mail Computer Service had an advanced Xerox digital printer that wasn't being fully utilized. To generate a return on investment, grow revenues, and capture new markets, MCS needed to make that printer work overtime.
3000k Solution
After being provided an idea to increase printer utilization and develop new clients in the non-profit market, 3000k built an online business using a website, custom application, and sales and marketing plan.
The resulting OpenPrint.org non-profit fundraising system employs search engine placement, user-friendly design, custom programming, e-commerce, integration with the Xerox printer, and a lead generation and conversion program to generate new partners and clients and to serve constituents.
Results
Using 3000k's marketing plan, MCS signed up over 85 Red Cross chapters - more than 10% of U.S. chapters - for the program in only 8 weeks! This system has the potential to raise over $1.5 million for Red Cross chapters annually. 3000k even created a private-label version of OpenPrint - VintageRedCross.org - for the organization.
3000k's ongoing marketing support, web consulting, and custom-designed sales program will ensure that MCS can make OpenPrint a major success and that Xerox printer stays busy!
